For other insurances not listed above: We will be happy to send your primary Out-Of-Network claim to your insurance carrier if they will accept a claim from us. Balances after we receive the insurance payment will be billed to you.
Please contact your carrier to check your benefits for medical and vision services including deductibles, copays, and supplemental/secondary coverage.
We DO NOT bill secondary claims unless your carrier has them set up to happen automatically.
Please note that some insurance companies (ie:Federal Blue Cross) do send the payment directly to the patient after we send in the claim. In these cases, you will be asked to pay your bill at the time of service.
